利益冲突披露声明
《威尼斯人娱乐城》第176章要求地方政府实体的官员报告与地方政府实体的供应商和潜在供应商的利益冲突.
A local government officer shall file a conflicts disclosure statement with respect to a person who enters or seeks to enter into a contract with a local governmental entity or who is an agent of that person in the person's business with a local governmental entity if the person enters into a contract with the local governmental entity or the local governmental entity is considering entering into a contract with the person; and the person:
- 与当地政府官员或该官员的家庭成员有雇佣或其他业务关系，导致该官员或其家庭成员获得应纳税所得额, 除投资收益外, 超过2美元,500 during the 12-month period preceding the date that the officer becomes aware that a contract has been executed or the local governmental entity is considering entering into a contract with the person; or
- 在该官员知悉订立合约之前的12个月内，有否向当地政府官员或其家属赠送总值超过250元的礼物
执行; 或者当地政府正在考虑与供应商签订合同.
在下列情况下，地方政府人员或其家属所接受的礼物，无须提交冲突披露声明:
- 由受赠人的家庭成员赠送的;
- A political contribution as defined by Election Code Title 15; or
- 招待:作为客人接受的食物、住宿、交通或娱乐.
地方政府官员应不迟于下午5点向地方政府实体的记录管理员提交冲突披露声明.m. 在主管人员得知需要提交声明的事实之日起的第七个工作日.
遵守《威尼斯人娱乐城》第176章, 适用的威尼斯人博彩区董事会成员每年11月更新利益冲突声明，并在本页公布. 该法规还要求供应商披露与当地政府实体官员的利益冲突.
